Pricing

Pricing and contracts

Setup fee, monthly fee, no hidden gotchas. The short answers on money.

How much does Launchpad cost?

A one-time custom build from $2,500, then a monthly plan: Starter at $99/mo, Foundation at $299/mo, or Growth at $499/mo. Every plan leads with the warranty: if anything we built breaks, we fix it free for as long as you’re a member, with hosting, security, and monitoring underneath. An optional Pro add-on (+$249/mo) is the revenue engine: donations, courses, ticketing, memberships. Builds are priced by capability, not page count. Running one campaign instead? That is a Campaign Page at $1,500 flat. See the pricing page for the full breakdown.

What marketing does Launchpad actually do?

SEO (technical setup, keyword research, on-page tuning, rank tracking), local SEO (Google Business Profile, citations, reviews), content production (new posts and pages on your site and key social channels), conversion optimization, and a plain-English monthly report. How much runs depends on your tier. The Grow page has the full picture. Paid ads, email campaigns, and big multi-channel programs aren’t part of a standard Launchpad plan; those are custom engagements with E11 Group.

Is Launchpad right for me, or do I need E11 Group’s custom team?

Launchpad fits when you want it handled: a custom site plus ongoing marketing on our managed platform, predictable monthly price, live in weeks. E11 Group’s custom team fits when you need to own the codebase outright, have complex integrations or e-commerce at scale, need custom software, or want an open-ended strategic engagement. Same team and standards either way. Launchpad is the productized door, E11 is the bespoke one. Not sure? Tell us about your project and we’ll point you to the right one.

Is there a contract or annual commitment?

No. The build is one-time, the monthly plan is month-to-month. No minimum term and no auto-renewing multi-year deal. The one exception is the Campaign Page, which is billed annually and renews at $490 a year. If it isn’t working for you, cancel and you keep your domain and content, we hand over the data, and there’s no exit fee.

What does the one-time build cover?

The full design and build engagement: discovery, brand intake, custom design, messaging and copywriting, imagery, full development, accessibility audit, launch, and the first 30 days of post-launch tuning. Your package sets how many pages we design, write, and review; past that you can add pages yourself in the dashboard at no cost. That’s the human-team-plus-AI-agent labor up front. After launch, your monthly plan leads with the warranty: if anything we built breaks, we fix it free, for as long as you’re a member. Hosting, security, and platform updates run underneath that.

Do you offer refunds?

Most sites launch in two to four weeks. If we miss the agreed launch date by more than 7 days for reasons in our control, your first month of membership is on us. Monthly fees are otherwise non-refundable, but since there’s no commitment you can cancel before the next bill. The build is non-refundable once design work has started, because that’s labor we’ve already paid the team for.

Can I upgrade or downgrade plans later?

Yes, any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. That includes adding Pro (+$249/mo) when you’re ready to run donations, courses, ticketing, or memberships. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal so you don’t lose anything you’ve already built. No fee either direction.

Do you offer nonprofit pricing?

Yes. 10% off every plan, every month, for the life of the engagement. Same custom build, same managed platform, same AI agents. Verified 501(c)(3) organizations apply during signup with their EIN.

Process

The build process

From the signup form to your launch URL, and what happens between.

How long does it actually take to launch?

Most sites go from kickoff to live in two to four weeks, often as fast as two if you keep up your end (content delivered on schedule, feedback within 48 hours). The clock starts after our kickoff meeting, not after you sign up. Most of the speed comes from automating the parts traditional agencies do by hand: sitemap captures, design system setup, accessibility audits, content modeling.

What does the kickoff look like?

A 45-minute call with our design lead. We walk through:

  • Your business, your audience, the pages you need
  • Brand assets (logo, fonts, color preferences, voice samples)
  • Goals: what does success look like 90 days post-launch?
  • What you have already (existing site, content, photography)
  • The 2–4 week timeline and what we’ll need from you to hit it

After the call you get a structured brief, a Loom recap, and access to your project portal.

How much input do I have on the design?

A lot, but it’s a guided process, not “here are 12 options, pick one.” Our design lead works from the brief and brand assets, presents directions, and iterates with you in the portal. Most clients land on a final direction by day 5; the remaining time is build and content. If you want strong creative direction we’ll bring it. If you have strong opinions we’ll execute on them. Either works.

Who do I actually talk to during the build?

Your project lead runs the engagement. A human, in-house. They’re your single point of contact for design feedback, content questions, scope changes, and launch coordination. The AI agents (Devon, Vega, Atlas) and the broader human team work in the background; you don’t have to manage them. On Growth, support is prioritized. On Starter and Foundation, the team runs multiple projects but you have a response within one business day.

What if I don’t have content ready?

That’s fine. Most clients don’t. We help you outline the content during kickoff and our team plus Vega (our SEO + content agent) drafts copy you can approve and edit. We won’t ship lorem ipsum, and we won’t ship a site without your sign-off on the words. Photography we can either license from our preferred libraries or, on Foundation or Growth, arrange a shoot at additional cost.

Technical

Technical and platform

What’s under the hood, what you can change, and what stays managed.

Is this just a template I can’t change?

No. Every Launchpad site is custom-designed and custom-built. Patterns, layouts, typography, and color system are made for your organization, not pulled from a shared library. What we share across clients is the platform underneath. The site you see is yours alone.

Can I install plugins or third-party code?

Not directly, and the lockdown is intentional. Every plugin is a maintenance burden, a performance hit, and a potential security hole, so installs stay in our hands. Most things a plugin would provide (forms, SEO, analytics, CRM integrations, newsletter sign-ups) are already built into the platform on vetted tools we maintain. Need something special? Ask. We field every request, and if it meets our bar we’ll make it work. If it’s a shoddy plugin that would slow your site down or expose it, we’ll say no and find you a better way.

Are the AI agents actually doing real work?

Yes. Devon handles build and QA: sitemap captures, code review, accessibility audits, performance checks. Vega handles SEO and content ops: meta descriptions, schema markup, internal linking. Atlas handles analytics: surfacing insights, flagging dropoffs, recommending content moves. They don’t replace humans. They handle the repetitive work so the human team can focus on craft. Everything they produce goes through human review before it lands on your site.

Can I export my site if I leave?

Yes. We export all your content (posts, pages, media, forms data) in standard WordPress format that any modern host can import. Your domain stays yours. You don’t get the Launchpad framework itself (that’s our IP), but you can rebuild on stock WordPress or any other platform with your content intact. No exit fee, no penalty.

What if I need a feature Launchpad doesn’t support?

Launchpad covers what a high-converting marketing website needs: pages, blog, case studies, forms, SEO, analytics, and the integrations that actually drive revenue. Memberships, portals, courses, donations, and ticketing are Launchpad work too: that’s the Membership & Portal package with the Pro add-on. If your project needs something fundamentally outside that scope (a custom application, e-commerce at scale, a heavy third-party integration), that’s an Enterprise or Custom Work engagement, not a Launchpad site. Talk to E11 Group about that, or message us and we’ll route it appropriately.

Hosting

Hosting, security, and performance

Where your site runs, who keeps it up, and what we promise about speed.

Who actually hosts the site?

WP Engine, managed by us. They handle the server, CDN, and infrastructure: enterprise-tier hosting with global edge caching, automatic SSL, daily backups, and DDoS protection. We handle the platform that runs on top. Your monthly fee covers both. You never get a separate hosting bill.

How fast are Launchpad sites?

Lighthouse scores 95+ on every page at launch, and we keep them there. Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP) all in the green. We benchmark every site against our internal performance budget and audit weekly. If a content addition starts to hurt scores, Atlas flags it and we fix it. On Growth, there’s a documented performance SLO with an uptime guarantee.

What about security and updates?

SSL is automatic and enforced. WordPress core, the platform, and all dependencies are kept current by us. You never see an “update available” notice. Daily off-site backups. Weekly vulnerability scans. If a CVE drops that affects your site, we patch it within 24 hours, often within a few hours. This is the part you pay us to never think about.

Is the site accessible (WCAG AA)?

Yes. Every Launchpad site is built to WCAG 2.1 AA standards from day one: color contrast, keyboard navigation, screen reader support, focus management, semantic HTML, alt text. Devon runs continuous automated accessibility audits and we do manual reviews at launch and quarterly. See our accessibility statement for the full standard and how to flag an issue.

Account

Account and ownership

Who owns what, where your data lives, and what happens if anything changes.

How does ownership work?

Your domain stays yours. Your content stays yours. The site runs on Launchpad, the same way a Squarespace or Wix site runs on theirs. The difference: Launchpad is a custom-designed site, built around your goals, on a platform we maintain. That’s how we ship every improvement to every client without sending a change order.

Do you outsource any of the work?

No. Every designer, developer, and project lead working on your Launchpad site is an in-house employee on the E11 Group team. We don’t subcontract, we don’t use offshore vendors, and we don’t swap freelancers mid-project. The same team that runs your kickoff writes your code and ships your launch. AI agents run alongside the human team. They’re tools, not external contractors.

What happens to my data if Launchpad goes away?

Launchpad is a platform from E11 Group, a profitable agency with decades of experience behind it. We’re not VC-backed and we’re not running out of runway. But the realistic answer: if anything ever changed about the company, you’d get 90 days notice, a full content export, and help porting your site to another host. Your data is never trapped.

Who can I add to my account?

As many teammates as you want. Collaborators on content editing, project portal access, and analytics dashboards are unlimited on every plan. We just gate by role (admin, editor, viewer) so the right person sees the right thing. There’s no per-seat pricing.

Didn’t find your answer?

Drop us a note. A human on the team will reply within one business day. No sales call required, no email-gated demo, no waitlist.
