One build, then a simple monthly plan.
Step one is a one-time custom build. Step two is a monthly plan that hosts and cares for your site and runs your marketing. The tier is simply how much marketing muscle you switch on.
Step 1 · One-time
Custom build
Custom design on your brand, no templates. A full WordPress build, content and data migration, and launch in two to four weeks. Messaging and copywriting are written by us and included, not billed as an extra.

Optional · Pairs with any plan
Pro add-on +$249/mo
Pro is the part that takes the money. Donations with recurring giving, courses, ticketing, memberships: the things people log in and pay for. Multilingual, A/B testing, and immersive pages ride along with it.
Standalone course platforms run $150 to $400 a month. Donation processors take a cut of every gift, forever. Pro replaces those and keeps the money on your own site.
Switch it on or off any time. It is a setting, not a rebuild. Running it only through event season or year-end giving is a feature, not a loophole.
What we build
Common build packages.
Packages are defined by what the site has to do, not by how many pages it has. Every one is custom, and every one includes the messaging and copywriting. Pair it with the monthly plan that fits, and change tiers whenever you like.
Marketing Site
Most common
$2,500 with a monthly plan
Pairs with Foundation, $299/mo
Converts the traffic you already get or will buy: ads, referrals, local search. A brochure that actually sells.
- Up to 8 pages designed, written, and reviewed

- Service, location, or program pages that rank locally
Content & Growth
A printing press
$5,000 with a monthly plan

- Up to 15 pages designed, written, and reviewed
- Everything in Marketing Site, plus:

- Case study and landing page systems you can reuse
- Editorial structure built to publish at volume
Membership & Portal
Closest to software
$7,500 with a monthly plan
Pairs with Growth, $499/mo, plus Pro at +$249/mo
People log in for something: accounts, roles, gated content, courses, payment and donation flows. This is the closest thing Launchpad sells to custom software.
- Up to 15 pages plus the portal screens
- Everything in Content & Growth, plus:
- Accounts, roles, and gated content
- Courses, events, or ticketing
- Payment and donation flows
In every build, whichever package you pick

- A blog, ready to publish from day one
- Forms and lead capture, wired to your inbox and CRM
- SEO foundations, schema, and clean technical markup
- Privacy-friendly analytics dashboard, no third-party trackers
- Enterprise WP Engine hosting, CDN, and SSL
- Daily backups, security scans, and uptime monitoring
- Accessibility scans (WCAG AA)
- Your client dashboard: project status, site health, billing
Comparable custom agency builds start at $12,500. The platform is why this number isn’t that.
Most sites we’re shown arrive with several times more pages than they need. Deciding the right loadout is part of discovery, and it’s included. The page count above is how many pages we design, write, source imagery for, and review. It isn’t a cap on your site: past that you can add pages yourself in the dashboard any time, using the same design system, at no extra cost. Or we’ll build them for you at $50 a page.

Compare the monthly plans.
Every plan runs on the same managed platform and the same enterprise hosting. Higher tiers layer on content, SEO, and active marketing. The one-time build and optional Pro add-on are separate.

Pricing FAQ
About the money.
The questions people ask before they sign up.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No annual contract, no minimum term. The build is one-time; the monthly plan is month-to-month. Cancel any time and you keep your domain and content. We export everything (posts, pages, media) and hand it over. No exit fee, no penalty.
Can I move between plans later?
Yes, any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next renewal so you keep what you’ve built. Moving between Starter, Foundation, and Growth, or adding the Pro add-on, is a setting change, not a rebuild. There’s no fee either way.
What does the one-time build actually cover?
The full design and build engagement: discovery, brand intake, custom design across every page, a complete WordPress build with all Core features, content and data migration, accessibility audit, launch, and the first 30 days of post-launch tuning. After launch, your monthly plan covers hosting, security, monitoring, and ongoing care.
Do you offer refunds?
Most sites launch in two to four weeks. If we miss the agreed launch date by more than 7 days for reasons in our control, your first month of membership is on us. Monthly fees are otherwise non-refundable, but since there’s no commitment you can cancel before the next bill. The build is non-refundable once design work has started, because that’s labor we’ve already paid the team for.
Are there any extra costs I should know about?
No. The one-time build plus your monthly plan is the entire cost of Launchpad. We don’t bill per-page-change, per-edit, per-hour, or per-meeting. Your package includes a set number of pages that we design, write, and review; beyond that you can add pages yourself in the dashboard at no cost, or have us build them at $50 a page. The only other extras are third-party services you choose to add (a paid CRM, a paid email tool, domain registration), which bill you directly from those vendors. The optional Pro add-on is the one upgrade, and it’s clearly priced.
When does monthly billing start?
At launch, or 30 days after kickoff, whichever comes first. The build fee is separate and billed at kickoff. Tying billing to launch keeps our incentive pointed the right way: we do not get paid monthly for a site that is not live yet. The 30-day backstop exists because a project can only move as fast as the feedback it gets, and we cannot hold a slot open indefinitely.
How do review windows work?
Every review opens with a stated window in your portal, and we nudge you while something is sitting on your plate. If a routine window closes in silence, we proceed with our recommendation rather than stall the build. Anything you would have changed becomes a post-launch edit, which your membership already covers, so nothing is lost. The two decisions that matter, design direction and final launch approval, never auto-advance. Those wait for you, and the launch date moves day for day with the delay, visibly, in the portal.
Can I turn the Pro add-on on and off?
Any time. It is a setting, not a rebuild. Run Pro through event season or year-end giving and switch it off after, and that is a feature rather than a loophole. The same is true of the plan tiers: upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades at the next renewal, no fee either way.
Do I own my website, and what if I leave?
You own your content, your domain, and your brand, always. Launchpad is a managed platform, so while you’re with us the site runs on our hosting and care. If you ever leave there is no exit fee and nothing held hostage: we export everything, pages, posts, and media, and hand it over so you can take it elsewhere. It is WordPress under the hood, so it stays portable by design.
How involved do I need to be?
Barely. After a guided onboarding where you tell us about your business, we handle all of it: design, copy, build, launch, and the marketing that follows. Your only job is to review and approve along the way, on your schedule, from your phone. There is no template to wrestle and no page builder to learn. You run your business. We run the website.
What if I need more than Growth and Pro?
That’s an Enterprise or custom engagement: a multi-brand rollout, a heavy custom application, or integration scope beyond what Launchpad covers. Talk to us and we’ll quote it directly or route it to E11 Group, our parent agency.
