Privacy Policy
How we handle your data.
This Privacy Policy explains how E11 Group, LLC (“Launchpad,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit e11group.com/launchpad, sign up for an account at e11group.com/launchpad, or interact with our services. We’re operated by E11 Group as a managed website platform for small businesses and nonprofits.
This document is written in plain English where the law allows. There are no dark patterns here and we do not sell your data. Ever.
Information we collect
Information you provide
- Account information: name, email, organization, role, and any project inputs you provide during onboarding.
- Project content: brand assets, written content, photos, and other materials you upload to your project portal.
- Billing information: handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We don’t store full card numbers on our servers.
- Communications: messages, comments, and feedback you post in your portal or send to us by email.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, time spent, browser type, device type, referring URL.
- Cookies and similar technologies: a small set of essential cookies to keep you logged in, plus aggregate analytics (see below).
- Server logs: IP address, request timestamp, error logs. Used for security, performance, and abuse prevention.
How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and operate the Launchpad service (account, project portal, design and build work).
- Communicate with you about your project, send notifications when something needs your review, and respond to support questions.
- Process payments and send invoices.
- Improve the platform, fix bugs, prevent abuse, and harden security.
- Understand aggregate usage patterns and product performance.
- Comply with legal obligations.
AI and machine learning
Launchpad uses AI agents (Devon, Vega, Atlas), workflows powered by Claude and other frontier models, to assist with design, content, and operations. When you provide project information, it may be processed by these models to generate drafts and suggestions for review by our human team.
We do not use your project content to train third-party models. Inputs to AI services are subject to the privacy terms of the underlying providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.) and are not retained for training where contractual options to opt out exist.
Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in the following limited cases:
- Service providers who help us run Launchpad (hosting on WP Engine, email delivery, payment processing, analytics). Each is bound by contractual obligations to protect your data.
- Your project team at Launchpad: designers, developers, and project leads working on your build.
- Legal compliance when required by law, court order, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
- Business transfers in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Your data would transfer to the new owner under the same protections.
We do not share your personal information with advertisers or data brokers under any circumstance.
Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR for the EU/UK, CCPA/CPRA for California, and similar laws elsewhere), you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Delete your account and personal information.
- Export your data in a portable format.
- Object to certain processing activities.
- Withdraw consent for optional processing.
- Opt out of any “sale” or “share” of personal information (we don’t sell or share for cross-context behavioral advertising, but you may exercise this right regardless).
- Non-discrimination: we will not penalize you for exercising any of these rights.
To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] with your request. We respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests, particularly deletion and export.
Authorized agents
California residents may designate an authorized agent to make a request on their behalf. Please include written permission and proof of identity with the request.
Data retention
We retain account and project data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period after cancellation (typically 90 days) so you can re-activate or export your work. Billing records are retained for the period required by tax and accounting law (typically seven years). Server logs are retained for up to 12 months.
Once retention windows expire, data is either deleted or anonymized so that it cannot reasonably be linked back to you.
Security
We use industry-standard security practices: encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+), encryption at rest where supported by our infrastructure, access controls scoped to the smallest team necessary, audit logging on sensitive actions, and regular security review.
- Authentication: account passwords are hashed; sessions are signed; suspicious sign-in attempts trigger an alert.
- Backups: automatic daily backups of your project content, retained on a rolling 30-day window.
- Vendor review: we evaluate the security posture of subprocessors before integrating them.
No system is perfectly secure, but we take this seriously. If you believe you’ve found a vulnerability, please email [email protected] with a description of the issue. We acknowledge reports within one business day.
Children’s privacy
Launchpad is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided us with information, contact us at [email protected] and we’ll delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services evolve. For material changes (anything that meaningfully expands what we collect, how we use it, or who we share it with), we’ll notify account holders by email and post a banner in the project portal at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Previous versions are available on request.
